DD4Goods Wholesale does not sell used products, offers a no minimum order policy and charges no membership or processing fees when you buy wholesale from us. If you've shopped wholesale before I'm sure you've found where some businesses have a minimum order (normally begins at $100.00) or processing fee and if it's not reached they add an extra charge to your order. Also, there are companies that charge you a percentage of what you order on top of S&H fees-why should you pay someone extra because you ordered from them? We have never and won't charge these to our customers. We are an honest wholesale company that passes it's savings on to it's costomers. Not everyone resells, most shop for themselves or family and friends. You pay for the item and shipping - nothing more. We also offer discounts on bulk purchases (minimum of 12 per each item), simply let us know the product(s) and quantities you are interested in and we will have a fantastic discount wholesale price quote for you within 24 hours (e-mail us at dd4goods@yahoo.com). We must require on all orders over $200.00 to have a confirmed Paypal address when using a credit/debit card. This is for your protection as well as ours. It's very easy to set up a Paypal account at www.paypal.com. It's very useful if you make purchases/pay bills online often. There's no charge plus, you can transfer money to and from it. Once pymt has been received and clears, items will be processed and shipped out for delivery within 3 Business days. Normally customers receive their orders quicker than times listed below but, we always add a couple of days just in case of carrier delays. UPS/DHL Ground Delivery Estimate after processing: West Coast - (5-7 Business Days) Midwest - (7-10 Business Days) East Coast - (9-12 Business Days) USPS Delivery estimates after processing: First Class: 4-7 Days Parcel Post: 5-9 Days Please keep in mind, we are not responsible for carrier delays or wrong addresses entered by customers. *NOTE: In the month of December orders can take up to 4 business days to ship due to the X-mas rush/last minute orders. To be sure you receive your order in time for X-mas your order needs to be placed/payment cleared no later than Dec. 8th. Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction! All merchandise is 100% guaranteed to be "free of defects". If you receive a mis-ship/defective item, you must e-mail us within 5 days of delivery receipt (Please be sure to inspect your item(s) upon receipt, we will not honor past the 5 day requirement) to: dd4goods@yahoo.com. Be sure to reference your invoice/order # in the subject line. We will mail return labels for any defective merchandise and ship replacements upon receipt. Our Customer Service Team will give you a RA # with detailed instructions on return; you must have an RA # for ALL replacements/returns/credits. For all other returns, the same applies as above however, a (20%) Restocking Fee will be deducted from credit upon inspection. Returns MUST be in the ORIGINAL BOX, UNUSED RESELLABLE CONDITION, be accompanied by a Copy of the Invoice and a note stating reason for return (must have an RA # or pkg will be returned). We will refund the "Purchase Price Only" excluding shipping/handling charges and 20% restocking fee. Shipping Damage: sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Rarely does an item get damaged but, it has happened. We package all our merchandise very well (double boxed and/or lots of popcorn) to try to avoid this. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier, "it has to be claimed with that carrier". We will replace "defective" merchandise but, cannot be held liable/responsible for the actions of the freight carrier. Be sure to note any box/mechandise damage with the carrier ASAP and keep for their inspection. Any assistance from us that you need we will gladly provide. PLEASE NOTE: For any fragrance/body products, no return can be accepted due to their product nature.

NOTE: Shipping charges have raised for all shippers but, we've not raised ours for customers shopping with us. We want to offer our customers a very fair and reasonable shipping rate to bring our wholesale products straight to your door. Shipping charges are as follows: 1-6 lbs: $6.95, then just an additional $1.00/lb thereafter (calulated in 2 lb increments per Ecrater) ex: 8 lbs: $8.95. 10 lbs: $10.95. 12 lbs: $12.95. 14 lbs: $14.95. 16 lbs: $16.95 and so forth. Great Deal for your money, be sure to take advantage and order more than 1 item (most items weigh under 3 lbs, the larger the item the more shipping will be). We have lots of lower priced/light weight items you can add to your order without changing shipping charges; up to 6 lbs. Quantity doesn't matter, we charge by weight of order. If you've shopped online I'm sure you've found companies that charge you a flat rate plus, charge you a percentage of your order. When you go to check-out your surprised by their S&H fees. Why should you pay someone extra for giving them your business? We offer a very fair and reasonable shipping charge so, buy with confidence. Be sure to look for "SALE" when browsing our website. These are discounted either in price of item or shipping charge. We do our best to offer a very reasonable shipping charge, contracted to get the lowest rates possible. When we are able, we offer discounts like these to new and repeat customers so you can get more for your money. Sizes Are Approx., be sure to take your measurements. Our Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL & 4XL. If your not sure or like a looser fit, we recommend ordering the next size larger. It's better to have it a little big than too small. Men: 28-30(S), 32(M), 34-36(L), 38-40(XL), 42-44(2XL), 46-48(3XL), 50-52(4XL). Women: 8(S), 10(M), 12-14(L), 16-18(XL), 20-22(2XL), 24-26(3XL) 28-30(4XL).

Any reference to warranty in item description refers to the manufacturer warranty for that item, not warrantied through us.

We ship using UPS/DHL GROUND mostly with a few items shipping USPS to the Continental (48) States ONLY (NO PO boxes or APO/FPO military boxes). Be sure to verify your "ship to address". We won't be responsible for wrong addresses entered by customers or if address is unconfirmed in Paypal. UPS Tracking number will be forwarded to your e-mail address for you to track your order and to confirm delivery. If your located on the west coast it's possible you'll receive your order before our warehouse keys in the tracking number. For USPS delivery, a confirmation e-mail will be sent when your item ships. If you order more than one item, it's possible your order may ship seperately, no additional cost to you.

If by some chance you purchased something thats temporarily out of stock due to actual sales, we will notify you ASAP and refund you right away via Paypal. If you ordered more than 1 item and the shipping weight changes to a lower shipping weight charge, that too will be credited back.
